More Notable Things And General Creativity

A and I often have conversations about her independence and when she will be able to take care of herself. She often looks at things in terms of what age will I be when I am considered a grown up? She's all "Just give me a number woman!" But I've explained that it is more about when she is able to physically and mentally take care of herself. And when that time comes she can go out on her own, or simply test the waters by building her own little guest house here one day.

So she's always wanting to learn how to do more things to take charge of her own life. She likes to learn to cook. So far she has tackled scrambled eggs, french toast, and pop tarts in the toaster. Her muscle tone issues make things like spreading peanut butter on bread a little difficult, but she does try her hand at toast and sandwich making.

And this has led to how she makes THE most fantastic mash potatoes on the face of this green earth. So she will open a restaurant when she grows up and make awesome mash potatoes. And awesome organic food and awesome gluten free dishes. She says she will be the chef, O will be the bus boy (lol), I will be the kitchen manager and Daddy will be the waiter. And she will name it "So Good".

But her ideas of "What She Will Be when She Grows Up" is ever changing. She also says she will open an Etsy shop and sell her pictures and homemade toys. Or she will make a website and write, and have babies and stay home with them all day just like Momma.
